Digital artwork
Digital artwork will be purchased separately from optional physical products. File specifications, delivery access, and applicable cancellation and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase. No digital orders are currently accepted.
Physical keepsakes
Framed prints, posters, canvas, and albums are planned. Sizes, materials, supported destinations, shipping charges, and production and delivery estimates will be confirmed before ordering opens.
Review before printing
The planned ordering flow will ask you to approve the artwork, crop, and product details before production. Albums will also require approval of the page layout.
Delivery delays and damaged orders
Our launch policy will explain how to report damage, missing shipments, and production problems, and what replacement or refund options apply. If an advertised shipping deadline cannot be met, customers will be offered the required delay or cancellation options.
Returns and cancellations
Final policies for personalized physical products and digital purchases are not yet set. They will be published before checkout is enabled. Nothing on this page limits applicable statutory consumer rights.
